Notice of the Meeting of Billinghay Parish Council

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at the schoolroom Billinghay Methodist Church, Victoria Street, Billinghay LN4 4HQ on Monday 2 March 2026 at 7pm. Public and press are welcome to attend for a short session prior to the meeting.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To receive reports from County and District Councillors.
4. To accept the notes from the meeting held 2 February 2026 as minutes and a true record.

a. To approve the payments made during February 2026 (details forwarded to councillors prior to the meeting).
b. To approve the 2026 grass cutting contract for the Village Hall playing Fields (details forwarded prior to the meeting).
c. To approve the expenditure for the extra work required at the cemetery (details forwarded prior to the meeting).
d. To approve the expenditure for the repairs to the War Memorial.
e. To approve the expenditure to purchase grass seed for the cemetery and churchyard. At a cost of £68.00.
f. To approve the continuation of the LCC Parish Verge Agreement Scheme. (Details forwarded prior to the meeting).
