You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at the schoolroom Billinghay Methodist Chapel, Victoria Street on Monday 4 March 2024 at 7pm. Public and press are welcome to attend for a short session prior to the meeting.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To receive reports from County and District Councillors.
4. To accept the notes from the Meeting held 5 February 2024 as Minutes and a true record.
5. Matters arising and Clerk’s reports, details forwarded prior to the meeting.

7. LCC Highways updates
Work commenced on Skirth Bridge 12 February 2024.
8. Finance a. To approve payments made during February 2024 (list circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting).
b. To approve Glendale grass cutting quotation for playing field (quotation circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting).
c. To approve Continuation of Local Grass Cutting Contract for March 2024 to October 2024 at a revised monthly rate.
d. To approve purchase of 50 litre dog waste bin in the Mill Lane area as proposed by Cllr Catlett (unable to attend this meeting).
e. To approve any necessary expenditure for maintenance not specifically mentioned on the agenda.
9. Planning
a. To consider planning condition discharge 23/1229/DISCON Land off Park Lane Billinghay Landscape Management Plan, referenced as Parish Council to take on the responsibility of the footpath link.
b. Planning Approved
Application Reference: 23/1297/HOUS Proposal: Erection of two storey detached garage Location: White House Skirth Road Billinghay.
10. To approve Version 4 of the Cemetery Policy (policy circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting).
11. To consider request from resident to contact builders regarding build-up of rubbish/litter from site on Mill Lane – see also item 8d.
12. To consider implementing future written agreement for loan of BPC equipment. To consider further action to recover the ipad loaned to ex Councillor.
13. Reports from Councillors and any agenda items for next meeting.
