You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at the schoolroom Billinghay Methodist Chapel, Victoria Street on Monday 3 April 2023 at 7pm. Public and press are welcome to attend for a short session prior to the meeting.

a. To ratify the recommendation from the Human Resources Committee to sign up to the Civility & Respect Pledge
b. to ratify the supporting amended Dignity at Work Policy
c. To ratify the newly introduced Councillor- Officer Protocol
