Dear Councillor
You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at Billinghay Village Hall Ringmoor Close on Monday 5 July at 7pm.
Public and press are welcome to attend. Due to the need to social distance, please let us know you are attending, to ensure measures are put in place. You can also let us know of any matter of concern by phone or email.

Agenda
1. Election of Chair.
2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting. Cllrs G Ogden and A Key submitted apologies as a matter of courtesy. Cllr Bell has given apologies.
3. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
4. To approve as correct record and minutes, notes of the PC meeting held on 5 May 2021
5. Parish Council Co-option: Applications have been received from 2 residents to be co-opted and circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting. Applicants have been asked to attend.
6. Parish Council Policies Review and Adoption: circulated to Councillors.

- To approve payments made since the last meeting (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).
- To approve accounts to quarter end 30 June 2021 as a true record.
- To receive Internal Auditors report and consider any recommendations
- To consider and agree purchase of hi viz vests and litter picking equipment.

13. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the follow legal and staffing matters. (Should this resolution be passed, members of the press and public will be required to leave the meeting. The meeting will end, and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately.)
