NOTICE OF an Online COUNCIL MEETING via ZOOM You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above-named Council which will be held via remote contact on Monday 14 September at 7pm. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting. 2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation. 3. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance). 4. To agree notes for meetings held 17 August as a true record and minutes. 5.
