1.  To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.

2.  To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.

3.  Parish Council Vacancies: Application for Co-option received from Mr SJ Harper.

4. Finances

a. Parish Council Grants: Requests received as follows

i. Badass: £420 curtains for stage.

ii. Village Hall Committee: £3410 Storage Container

iii. Rainbows:£90

iv. Billinghay Athletic Football Club: £4000 New Pavilion Roof.

v. Billinghay and District Swimming Pool £2800 Benches

b. To approve payments made since the last meeting held on (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting)

c. To consider draft Budget for 2022/23 and proposed projects expenditure.

d. To review and allocate Reserves

e. To review Burial Ground Fees

f.  To review Allotment Fees

5. To review and agree councillor membership of the following Parish Council committees as councillor numbers have increased:

      a. Policy and Finance

      b. Environment 

      c. Planning

      d. HR

      e. Events and Community.

      f. Emergency Planning

      g. Neighbourhood Planning
