You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at Billinghay Village Hall Ringmoor Close on Monday 9 August 2021 at 7pm.

Public and press are welcome to attend. It would be helpful if you could let us know you are attending. You can also let us know of any matter of concern by phone or email prior to the meeting.

1.  Election of Vice Chair – Nomination Andy Catlett

2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting. Apologies submitted from Cllr Locke (personal).

3. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.

4. To approve as correct record and minutes, notes of the PC meeting held on 5 July 2021

5. Parish Council Co-option: Applications received from 2 residents to be co-opted also expression of interest from another resident on Walcott Road.

6. Parish Council Policies Review and Adoption: circulated to Councillors.

7. To consider and agree arrangement for Queens Platinum Jubilee weekend in June 2022   

8. To consider and agree arrangements/expenditure for Christmas event: tree lighting etc.

9. Risk Assessment: To agree expenditure to NKDC, for tree inspections expected to be around £137.50 ex vat for 50 trees/group of trees. (Info circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).

 

10. Finances

  1. To approve payments made since the last meeting (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).
  2. To accept accounts for quarter to 30 June 2021 as a true record of finances.

                          b. Any Highways updates.

14. Planning Matters

       Applications Received:

21/0961/OUT Tranmar Tattershall Bridge Road Tattershall Bridge Outline application for the demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a replacement 4 bed detached house with double garage (all matters reserved).

                              

       Applications Approved: 21/0792/HOUS 5 York Terrace Proposed granny annexe.

 

15. To consider office opening and agile working for Clerk and Office Assistant.

16. To receive Councillors’ Reports - For information only. Any items for decision will appear on the agenda for the next meeting. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance)

17. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the following legal and financial matters. (Should this resolution be passed, members of the press and public will be required to leave the meeting. The meeting will end, and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately.)

  1. Allotments: To consider advices circulated prior to meeting, and agree any actions.
  2. To consider quotation for Office equipment/IT provision and support. (this information expected to be available for August meeting).
