Agenda
1. Election of Chair
2. Election of Vice Chair
3. To agree membership of Committees.
4.To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
5. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
6. To approve as correct record and minutes notes of the PC meeting held on 14 April 2021 and Monday 2 March 2020 (omitted from agenda for June 2020 meeting in error).
7. Parish Council Vacancies: To receive an update on the vacancies
8. Parish Council Policies Review and Adoption: Code of conduct, Financial Regulations, Standing Orders, PCD009 Safeguarding Policy, PCD017 Disciplinary Policy,PCD006 Pensions Policy,PCD028 Social Media Policy.
9. To agree procedures for Parish Council business continuity (as remote meetings will currently not be Legal after 7 May) .Information circulated prior to meeting. To agree delegating temporary powers to clerk.
10. Finances
a. To approve payments made since the last meeting (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).
b. 1) To approve annual governance statement section 1 for year end 31 March 2021
2) To approve Section 2 Accounting statement and complete Annual Return for the year ending 31 March 2021.
c. To agree Reserve Funds as recommended by Clerk in report circulated to Cllrs. To consider and agree investing £30000.00 into Public Sector Deposit Account held by Billinghay Parish Council.
d. To agree Bank signatories.
11. Highways: Any updates or information.

13. To receive Councillors’ Reports - For information only. Any items for decision will appear on the agenda for the next meeting. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance)
14. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the follow legal and staffing matters. (Should this resolution be passed, members of the press and public will be required to leave the meeting. The meeting will end, and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately.)
To discuss and agree sensitive Cemetery Matters
a. Request from resident for Memorial Bench
b. To agree next action regarding breach of cemetery regulations.
c. Update on Legal Advice sought regarding allotments.(if available for this meeting).
