Notice of the Meeting of the Human Resources Committee
Dear Councillor You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council’s Human Resources Committee which will be held at the Billinghay Parish Council Office, Ringmoor House, Billinghay LN4 4EY on Thursday 20 th April 2023 at 6pm.
The meeting will not have a public participation period and will be held in private to consider confidential staffing matters.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Acting Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To approve the minutes of the HR Committee held on 23rd March 2023.
4. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential matters relating to individuals in accordance with S.1(2) of The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
5. To receive confidential advisor reports and updates on matters relating to members of staff and to approve the next steps and financial arrangements.
