You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council’s Human Resources Committee which will be held at the Billinghay Parish Council Office, Ringmoor House, Billinghay LN4 4EY on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at 6.30pm. The meeting will not have a public participation period and will be held in private to consider confidential staffing matters.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential matters relating to individuals in accordance with S.1(2) of The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
5. To receive updates on matters relating Parish Clerk recruitment following completion of interviews.
