Notice of the Meeting of Billinghay Parish Council Dear Councillor You are hereby summoned to an extraordinary meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at the Billinghay Village Hall, Ringmoor Close, Billinghay LN4 4EX on Wednesday 4th January 2022 at 7pm.
There will not be a public forum at the start of this meeting.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Acting Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To exclude the media and members of the public from the meeting under Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, as matters under discussion are confidential and relate to individuals.
4. To appoint a member to the HR Committee (following the resignation of former Cllr Fisher).
5. To receive and note the draft minutes of the HR Committee dated 6/12/2022 and 21/12/2022.
6. To approve amendments to the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations to temporarily increase the spending limit above £5000 for the HR Committee until the 31st March 2023.
7. To approve the temporary appointment and draft employment contract of the Acting Deputy Clerk and recommended pay rate of Scp 18 and pay arrears for hours worked from 17th June 2022.
