You are hereby summoned to a meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at Billinghay Village Hall Ringmoor Close on Monday 1 November 2021 at 7pm.
Public and press are welcome and it would be helpful if you could let us know you are attending. You can also let us know of any matter of concern by phone or email prior to the meeting.

Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To approve as true record and minutes, notes of the PC meeting held on 1 October 2021
4. Parish Council Vacancies: 1 resident has applied for co-option.
5. Correspondence: circulated prior to meeting
6. Finances
a. To approve payments made since the last meeting (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).
b. To approve accounts to quarter ended 30 September 2021
c. To consider purchase of new SID approx £2494 ex vat
d. To approve forthcoming election costs expected to be approx £2200
e. Audit Closure for yr ended March 31 2021
f. To agree expenditure for Christmas tree lighting event and prize for advent window.
g. To agree half year internal audit
7. Highways Matters: Update on Parking outside Co-op and at King St/Victoria St junction.

9. Planning Matters
Applications Received:
21/1553/FUL. Land south of Gravel Hill Drove. change of paddock to dog exercise field.
21/1314/OUT land to the rear of 58 Walcott Road Billinghay outline for single storey dwelling.
Applications Approved: 21/0162/Full. Barn off Sprite Lane erection of 1 dwelling on site of demolished agricultural building.
10. To receive Councillors’ Reports - For information only. Any items for decision will appear on the agenda for the next meeting. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance)
11. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the following legal and financial matters. (Should this resolution be passed, members of the press and public will be required to leave the meeting. The meeting will end, and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately.)
