NOTICE OF an Online COUNCIL MEETING via ZOOM due to COVID 19 LOCKDOWN
You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above named Council which will be held via remote contact on Monday 22 June at 7pm.

Due to time restrictions the Public forum will be reduced to 5 mins

2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation
4. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance).
5. To formally resolve decisions made by prior email approval
Proposal 1. March 23, 2020
a. Proposal to postpone meetings for an initial 4-month period, in line with covid-19 lockdown requirements and to review, as necessary. Pro Cllr Locke Sec Cllr Cassidy
b. Clerk and assistant will work from home until further notice, attending office to collect essential items and collect mail only. Chairman & Vice Chairman; agreed by all

a. To approve payments (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting)
b. AGAR Internal audit report received and noted
c. Annual Governance Statement section 1 reviewed, read out and questions answered and approved.
d. Accounting statements section 2 to be approved.
7. Clerks Report circulated prior to meeting.
