Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To approve as correct record and minutes notes of the PC meeting held on 1 March and Planning Committee Meeting held 29 March.
4. Parish Council Vacancies: To receive an update on the vacancies
5. Allotments Update: Information circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting.
6. Parish Council Policies Review and Adoption: circulated to Councillors.
7. To appoint an Internal Auditor. 2 applications received and circulated to Councillors.
8. a. To agree procedures for Parish Council Meetings (as remote meetings will currently not be

b. To consider and agree Parish Office arrangements regarding reopening etc.
Finances
a. To approve payments made since the last meeting (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting).
b. To approve annual governance statement and accept accounts to year end 31 March 2021.
c. To consider and agree purchase of hi viz vests and litter picking equipment.
9. Highways: Any updates or information.
10. To consider and agree installation of Bat and Bird boxes - Cllr Locke.
11. Parish Clean Up: To consider and organise if agreed.
12. Clerk’s Report (Circulated prior to meeting).

15. To receive Councillors’ Reports - For information only. Any items for decision will appear on the agenda for the next meeting. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance)
16. To resolve whether to exclude the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss the follow legal and staffing matters. (Should this resolution be passed, members of the press and public will be required to leave the meeting. The meeting will end, and a further meeting of the Council will be convened immediately.)
