You are hereby summoned to an Extraordinary General meeting of Billinghay Parish Council which will be held at the schoolroom Billinghay Methodist Chapel, Victoria Street on Monday 26 June 2023 at 7pm. Public and press are welcome to attend for a short session prior to the meeting.

AGENDA
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. To consider and approve the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2022-23
a) To receive the internal auditor’s statement and approve any actions to be taken.
b) To consider and approve the Annual Governance Statement 2022-23
c) To consider and approve the Accounting Statement 2022-23
d) To note and approve the publication of documents and exercise of public rights from 30 June 2023 to 29 July 2023 on the parish council’s website and noticeboards.
4. Plannings Issues
To review the proposed developments of Biodiversity Plants at Martin Moor and Walcott Farm and agree any action necessary.
