Agenda
1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ Register of Interests.
3. Finances
a. Parish Council Grants:
- Review position of Grants made last year
- Consider the Requests received as follows
Village Hall Committee – Playpark Equipment
b. To approve payments made in October 2022 (list circulated to Cllrs prior to meeting)
c. To consider draft Budget for 2023 to24 and proposed projects expenditure.
d. To review and allocate Reserves
e. To review Burial Ground Fees
f. To review Allotment Fees
g. To review Grant for War Memorial Flowers
h. To consider purchase of a further defibrillator.
i. Consider a suggestion from District Council that we provide a warm meeting room for residents during winter.
j. To receive the NJC pay scales for 2022-23 and to apply from 1st April 2022
4. Approval of the invitation to quote for grass-cutting.
5. Reporting Community Infrastructure Levy income and expenditure
