Minutes of the Billinghay Parish Council Virtual Meeting held on Monday 22 June 2020 by Zoom due to Covid-19 legislation.

Welcome from ChairmanCllr Locke welcomed Cllrs and noted that the Billinghay Parish Council was making history by being the first virtual meeting of the council thanks to zoom. 2. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.No Apologies submitted. Cllr Walters was unable to join the meeting, owing to problems accessing zoom. 3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.None 4. Reports from County Councillor & District Councillors (if in attendance).Cllr Ogden confirmed that NKDC were holding zoom meetings for the time being. Staff were working remotely for the foreseeable future. 5. To formally resolve decisions made by prior email approvalProposal 1. March 23 2020 a. Proposal to postpone meetings for an initial 4-month period, in line with covid-19 lockdown requirements and to review, as necessary. pro K L sec T C resolved. b. Pro KL sec TC resolved 7. Clerks ReportCirculated prior to meeting. 8. Planning Matters:2 Shire Close installation of gates approved. Grange Farm renovation of barn GO commented that application for 76 High St demolition of building and construction of new dwellings was not on agenda and would ask planning officers about it and report back. 9. Cllrs Reports and items for next agenda.FH wanted to note thanks to everyone involved with helping others during the pandemic. TC reported that areas Parish Council were responsible for grass cutting, were looking particularly good. SC reported that Playing Field grass looked better than it had for a long time. 10.
